You can rent a desktop scanner to digitise your A4 office documents. We rent professional Canon desktop scanners with 60 pages per minute speed (120 ipm duplex). The scanner is bundled with a advanced Dell or HP laptop. Benefit from high quality equipment with easy to use software. Simply unpack the box and you are ready to scan with OCR to searchable PDF documents. The minimum scanner rent period is 3 weeks. The transportation costs differ per country.

Desktop scanner versus production scanner

For large digitisation projects we would rather rent a production scanner. The extra speed & capacity will save you time and HR costs. A desktop scanner is a fine scanner for small archives with only A4 documents. In case you have A3 paper size, a large archive and big files you would rather shift to a production scanner.
